About the Founder

Capital Ops is led by Dan Winston, an operator, entrepreneur and civic leader with 15+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, and technology. Dan has led 1,000+ staff across 40+ locations, co-founded a rideshare startup, and served a term as a neighborhood commissioner. He has built and scaled tech startups, led workforce development initiatives, and worked alongside government agencies.Dan founded Capital Ops to help organizations achieve their objectives — delivering solutions that are efficient, scalable, and people-centered.Dan's personal website is here.
